Privacy and data handling

Updated August 2026

This page explains what data ATTO Stays collects on this site, what we do with it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted. In short: the site has no database and no server of its own, and nothing you type here is sent until you click.

What the site collects

Nothing automatically. There are no tracking cookies, no social pixels, no analytics tool, and no form that posts data to a server.

The form in the contact section runs entirely in your browser: the three fields compose a message and open WhatsApp with it ready. Until you press send inside WhatsApp, nothing has left your device — and you can edit or delete the text first.

What happens when you contact us

From the moment you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we process the data you sent us: name, phone number, property address and whatever else is needed to assess earning potential.

We use it only to reply, prepare the property assessment and, if you go ahead, carry out the management agreement. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for advertising.

The conversation itself lives on WhatsApp and is also governed by Meta's privacy policy, since Meta operates the app.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that didn't go anywhere are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Data from clients under an active contract is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as Brazilian tax and civil law requires.

Your rights

Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) entitles you to ask at any time for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong, portability, withdrawal of consent, and deletion of what we hold.

Just ask at the email below. We reply within 15 days and charge nothing for it.

Third-party services

Photos, fonts and site files are served from our own hosting, with no external CDN. The contact links lead to WhatsApp and Instagram, which are Meta services with their own policies.

Properties are listed on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking, which handle guest data under their own rules — and receive none of what you type here.
